Good Bluetooth
I’m a Plantronics 500 girl! Not 505, 502, 5 anything just 500! Have had this one prior to this order. I like it because there’s nothing bulky behind my ears like the Plantronics Voyager. Love the Voyager but in-love w/ 500. I wear glasses so it can be a bit much & hurt behind my ears with the extra stuff. The 500’s ear hook is sleekly slim & doesn’t get in the way or bother me. Voice clarity is good but wish there was better outside noice cancellation. Miss not having caller ID, have to look @ my phone to see if I want to answer. Ear piece hurts to wear.
I love all the features on this product. As for the over the ear part to hold it in place doesn't sit well on my ear. Also the other plastic piece that goes in the ear is kind of big. After wearing it for a little while it starts to hurt my ear. It's just to big once you slide the plastic piece on it. Now this is just my experience with this product. Great value if your ear canals are big enough
Most ear buds are too large for my ear canals, so I have trouble getting these into my ears. If you don't normally have that problem this will probably fit fine. I use it with a 64gb iPhone 6. It's very light, and there are two ways to mount it: the rubber that covers the bud has a little loop molded into it that you trap inside your ear. It takes a little experimentation to get that right. If that alone doesn't hold it, there's a clip-on hook. I use that, and I can wedge it in so that it stays pretty well. I question the six-hour claimed battery life, but it's probably 4-5. One bad thing is that it has no auto-off: if you leave it on but not connected to an audio source, it will just run down. The sound is clear, surprisingly good for its size. I have to keep it on maximum volume because it doesn't fit all the way into my ear canal, but when I press it in I can tell it would be plenty loud enough if it fit better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent audio quality, lightweight, and a good value. I would like to know how to get the audio to transfer automatically to the earpiece when it is turned on and a call comes in. Although the E-500 is an older model bluetooth product, my wife and I have had great success with this headset. They are very easy to configure and connect to our android or Apple devices and have reasonably good sound and voice properties.
