First off, this is a great product for what it is intended for, However, it is no longer supported by the company...as a result to that I found it very difficult to update the soft and firmware for this particular model. I have heard that installing the wrong driver or firmware can render it useless..I have not even tried to use the phone app that is supposed to control it remotely because of that. I tried for hours to find the correct driver and install it to no avail. NOW, it very well be my lack of expertise with this and someone else may find this a breeze. I have many products that require drivers and even if they have been discontinued I have always found a workaround...this one I haven't yet. I use it as is and in that capacity it does a wonderful job of very smooth filming...that is the reason I checked the "recommended" box but gave it only 4 stars...in other words, the product is great but the discontinued support is not...I'm happy though because of the fact that is does what I wanted it to do coupled with the price...just do your research before you pick up one from this manufacturer so you will know exactly what to expect !Read full review

When this item came in it looked great but after using it for a while. I had been using it not realizing the joystick was not working properly and even the battery charger is not charging my batteries for some reason.. you’re better off buying a newer version compared to this one which is cheaper..
