great warming surface area. suggestion---You can also use a aluminum pan for hot water warming and then place your food item on top of the aluminum pan w water. A nice surprise
I love it! It is much larger than I anticipated but was a very nice surprise. I have room for two 9 x 13 casserole dishes plus another 1 or 2 small ones. It kept the food at a perfect temperature during dinner and seconds were served up hot and delicious. It was nice not to worry about the food getting cold when you are having first time company for dinner! It is nice to look at too. My plan is to purchase another one - smaller in size for just our evening dinner time use.
