This Catalytic Converter is a Direct-Fit so no cutting or welding is required to ensure an easy and secure installation. It bolts on to the front pipe using the spring kit and from the rear it bolts onto the resonator pipe using the three bolts provided. Beware of low grade catalytic converters from sellers who are here by day and gone by night. Our catalytic converters are OBD II and top grade quality ensuring your check engine light stays off and your exhaust runs smooth.

Not direct fit, but still made with quality
The set was well packaged and seemed to be made with good quality. The only problem was that it was 1inch shorter than my factory one, so I had to get new hangers to hold the tail pipe in order to line up the hangers with the rubber bushings mounted under the vehicle. That was my only issue. For the price and quality, I would purchase again and recommend it, with the understanding that a little bit of mod may be needed depending on the existing supports your vehicle has already

Installed for a week now. No issues. It appears to be of good quality. Solid, very good welds. It does have some weight to it. So you know it isnt made of the cheap crappy metal that will rust out in a week. Threads for the 02 sensor were in the perfect spot, and the bolt holes on the ends were as well. All in all. A good quality replacement part.

My 98 Crv. runs better tan it has in a long time, And best of all No more rattle when cold.
For under $100 bucks you can not go wrong with this Cat. Everything was there to install it. I had to torch all the bolts off the old Cat, Make sure you get the motor at running Temp to help break the the Ox. Censer break loose. If needed.
