Areds 2 easy to chew and swallow.
They taste great and are easy to take. I like they are affordable.. So, after finding I have macular degeneration in both eyes I started taking Areds 2. Better price then store (on chewables)
I have got at store because recommended (by eye doctor) to start using an eye vitamin. Like chewable vs pill swallowing. Have bought at drug store and this are about 1/2 price. I am sure it's because expiration date is next month; but doctor said it's use by date is fine (just keep bottle closed and it could be a little less potent). Rather have a pill
My eye doctor recommended I take these for eye health. I have no problem with that. However, as these are chewable, they are like eating a sweet tart type candy.
