Keeps my 2004 Electra Glide with a Baker 6 speed transmission turning smooth and quiet
Transmission shifts smoother and quieter than HD Syn 3 oil I was using in transmission. Once I switched to Bel-Ray I have never looked back. I change out fluids every 4k miles and even the old dirty oil retains most of it's red color. The fact the fluid still appears clean/new shows me the friction on my gears is minimal when using this in my transmission. With 55k miles on the transmission it still shifts and runs smoothly. Also use Bel-Ray primary fluid. Mobil 1 V Twin 20/50 synthetic keeps my engine protected traveling across the hot Mojave desert in the summer. Good stuff
This stuff is like honey to your transmission. I put this in my 2017 Harley Road Glide Ultra and the shifting clunk is all but gone, and the shifting is much smoother. And with the red coloration it will make it easier to identify a leak should one ever occurs.
