I bought this item out of desperation. The width is approximately 1/16", not what I wanted, granted, my purchase. What made me throw the box away was how the icicles were packaged, not folded in half and straight, but, just jammed in the cardboard keeper and sealed. The result was the entire icicle bundle was creased in all the wrong places, looked horrible hanging on the tree. They would not hang straight.
