Small but Useful
Did not know it would be that small but it works fine and is easy to handle, also is perfect to put anywhere if you don't have much space. Sometimes you buy pants or dress that are too long and you have to fix. Sewing by hand is tedious so I bought this machine to help me with those chores and is perfect for that. Will not recommend for heavy duties like making a whole dress or shirt but for everyday simple sewing is the perfect solution. The price is great too.Verified purchase: Yes

Haven't tried to use it yet
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to sit down and read the instructions, do a practice piece, etc. Some of the items do look a little "scary", as I am used to my old, heavy machine that I've had for well over thirty years. So, that will probably be my biggest "learning curve". Forget about how I usually set the bobbin , etc., etc., and just go by the instruction book. Handy little machine

Please don't waste your money and disappoint your child. Pedal did not work half the time and sometimes the machine wouldn't stop. Ran real rough! For $20 more you can get a much better machine.
