Works great.
I bought this for my PC gaming and it works great with a PS4 dual shock controller and the newer Xbox One S controller. The setup is easy, just sync on any controller and the adapter and your're ready to go. There is a small problem I'm running into. I'm not able to use it for Steam games. PC games not connected to steam, like GOG and emulator it works ok. But I can't get it to work with Steam. I might need to wait for a firmware update. Definitely buy this product if you do not want to spend over $70 on a switch pro controller. It works good. It's easy to use and it's only $20. I am playing my switch with my ps4 controller. It's awesome. The design is fun as well. It looks like a mario coin block so the asthetics are there as well. 100% reccomended. *You always want to check that your settings on the switch are set to on for the wireless controller option. Then press the button on the usb until the red light is flashing. After press the "ps logo" on the controller and the "share button" at the same time. My 2nd one
I bought one awhile back for my Nintendo Switch and it worked as advertised. I began to use it with my laptop as well and different 8BitDo controllers. While it's not a hassle to pair a controller to the adapter, I bought a second adapter specifically for my laptop. The adapter is easy to pair, compact and has a cap to protect the USB when not in use. I also like the Nintendo looking brick design of it. Love it, no need for a 2nd controller.
I primarily use my PS4 controller and I can’t bring myself to spend $70 for a switch pro controller, so I did research on the 8bitdo usb, and all of the reviews were positive so I bought and tried it when it came, it works perfectly and there is no lag that I noticed what’s so ever, less than $20 vs $70, you do the math, I have enough to get me a great game for the switch for the money I just saved.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works like it should. Changed settings on xbox one elite series 2 controller on the xbox- made a profile for the switch, change the A button to B - B to A. Same with the bottom paddles and with the XTo Y vice versa. Saved. Turned pro controller setting to on in the switch. Plug dongle into the switch. Hold sync botton till it flashes fast. Press sync botton on controller and wait for it to pair. Might take a few attempts. First sync it paired but none of the bottons responded. Did it a second time and boom. It worked. Great Product; Only 1 Fits in A Switch
We were able to sync a PS4 controller to a Switch quickly and easily with the brief instructions included with the device. Worked perfectly with no detectable lag. Only potential downside is that because of the girth of the device and the layout of the Switch's docking station, only one will fit into the USB ports at a time.
