Stickers work well for 771 to 775 mod and are a great value.
This was exactly what I needed to update my crusty dual core s775 system with a quad core 771 xeon on the cheap. It was a fun project too. I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to make the notches in the cpu itself, since the chip would be cheaper than a replacement motherboard if I goofed up the 775-to-771 mod.
