Very easy to add water to reservoir but pause and pour feature spring mechanism fell apart so coffee carafe was difficult to place on hot plate .... The plastic spring mechanism fell apart , broke off and hung down ...we threw that part away so don't have pause and pour feature .... We don't care about the feature anyway , we can wait for the coffee to brew .... Wish this mechanism wasn't on coffee maker ... It's in the way and makes it hard to get glass pot back on hot plate .

We purchased this Mr. Coffee to replace a Mr Coffee that we were using and wanted to update. While this Mr. Coffee brews quickly it is not as hot as our old unit. We have to microwave for 30 seconds to get is hot. At first we thought it would get hotter in time but after 6 uses it is still not hot as coffee should be. We are disappointed in this Mr. Coffee.
