Clean Powerful Bass
I cannot fault this amp yet, I tried Kicker and I was just not happy, the Kicker bass is strong but I could never tune the kick drum down so it felt like it over powered the the other bass in many different types of music. This amp delivers it smoothly and effortlessly. Its hard to describe but the other amps I tried before this always felt like they were straining and clipped way before I thought they would, this T1500 has gone lower, harder, clearer and I have not found its limit. My advice if you spent good money on good Subs, get them this amp, I knew in the first minute this was a whole different class of amp and listening to music is a dream, I can't wait to go for a drive just to enjoy clear precise music, this is definitely big bass SQ amp. I run this amp on 2 Morel 10's wired to 1 ohm and its stable and the bass is clean.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good amp but not as crisp as I hoped. Might be my specific setup.
I swapped out the a Rockford Fosgate T500 amp for this one. It's decent. Is it 3x as awesome? Well, I'd say for sure that it's not on a linear scale and 3x the wattage isn't the same as 3x as awesome. But it's good. It's loud. Perhaps it's overpowering my sub (a 1200w rms sub wire at 4 ohms) but I don't think so. I kind of feel like the sound quality of the t500 was better. Nice and crisp in a ported box. Not so much at higher volumes with this amp. I thought perhaps it was the box and I could never push as hard with the old amp, so I swapped to a sealed box matching cubic volume to the sub spec. About the same sound quality as the ported box honestly. At lower volumes it's great. And turned up it'll thump hard. But so far I haven't been able to get nice crisp quality at high volume. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I have nothing bad to say about this amp. It is a killer bass machine. I am using it at 1 ohm to power two PPI power dvc 15's and the set up is capable of way more bass than I would ever need. I have true 0 awg ofc power and wire running to a 3.0 farad cap in the trunk and 4 awg ofc power and ground going to this amp. That's all the bigger wire that it will accept. I have a 125 amp stock alternator that keeps up until I crank it all the way then I notice my voltage drop a volt or so when the bass hits real hard. I have of course upgraded the stock wiring from the alternator and battery too. I recommend this amp to anyone looking to buy it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

SOOOOO MUCH POWER!!!!
I’m blown away by the output and SQ of these power series amps. I previously owned the prime 1200.1D and the Punch P1000x1BD, both were very good amps and I really like how easy it was to set up the punch amp with the c.l.e.a.n. Setup but this T1500x1bdcp is absolutely amazing. At first had it pushing a Resilient sounds Gold 12 D2 wired at 1ohm and it was way too much for that 1,000w rms sub. Now currently running 2 sundowndown Sa v2 12s at 1 ohm and it pushes them with ease. I would highly recommend this amp and it’s definitely worth the extra money if you’re thinking about buying a prime or punch amp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
