Works better than others
When replacing our original remote, I didn't realize that the different models--which all look the same--would function differently. I tried a couple others and there was a lot of lag and it seemed like they didn't always connect with my DVR. I finally found out the original model #: RC23. There weren't any available on Amazon so I looked here on ebay and great luck, they're here! Very, very satisfied with the way it connects with our DVR. Model number matters!
