It seems to be helpful in reducing my hot flashes and getting better sleep. Is it 100%? No. Do I want to be without it? Capital NO. I have discovered that it is best to go ahead and subscribe, because by the time I realize it's getting low and order more, A: I've spent more money and B: It takes too long to arrive and I find myself going a couple of weeks without it and then things get rough again and it takes a few days for it to build up into your system.
