This is clearly trying to be a Power Stone clone without taking a single page from Power Stone on the Dreamcast. Graphics are cool...retaining the shows look with voice overs and all though the cgi models look some what awkward but at least it has cutscenes and voiceovers. Gameplay is horrendous, hit detection is atrocious. Enemies overwhelm you fast and with precision while you wrestle with your controller to attack them with your short, stubby body. It's a short but excruciating game. If you're a fan like me you'll still maybe get a kick of it but other than that stay away...unless it's dirt cheap that you can just add it to your collection. If the PlayStation version is awful the Nintendo 64 is leagues worse....

I appreciated the speed in which I received the game. My 5 year old daughter loves it. Its fun to watch her having that much fun.
It's another two-player game for Playstation, of which they do not have many. It's interesting for just about anyone, provided they do not hate the Powerpuff Girls themselves. Somewhat similar to the show with vibrant cartoon-like colors and a crazy plot involving Mojo Jojo, one of the popular villians.
