I’ve been looking at all of Kris’ trainer ms trying to figure out which is the best for me on his site Kaged Muscle. But wanted something tangible than an ebook so I picked this up and I’m glad I did. There are a few work pages in the back, recipes and other information that may have fallen in the cracks in his recent videos. I’ve enjoyed the book and recommend it to anyone looking to transform their body.
