BEST EYELINER EVER !!
The color stays on all day and just doesn't budge! The shades are subtle and can be mixed, matched and smudged. The pencils are plastic but they don't swivel - you just need to sharpen them like a regular pencil. I used a cheap, plastic pencil-sharpener and the pens sharpened nicely with no mess or breakage. Your eyes will stay looking fabulous, 24/7 ! I've been looking for the ultimate eyeliner for years and have finally found it! These eyeliner pencils will be extremely hard to beat.
