Great Cookbook!
The most consistent bread machine cookbook I have found. I have used recipes from other bread machine cookbooks and from online finding a number that just didn't work. I have baked a number of different loaves of bread from this book with no failures. This shows that the author actually used the recipes and that they were correct in the published book. I just purchased this a few weeks ago and if you prefer to make smaller loaves it is an excellent and simple to read book. It also includes recipes for 1 1/2 to 2 lb loaves and everyone I've tried have turned out perfect.
