Fixed my Power Steering Noise when Cold .
I Had a howling noise when the car was cold and first started for about 2-3 minutes. I Change the the Reservoir because there is a Micro Filter Built in it that start to clog and Restricts the Power Steering Fluid Flow to the Pump causing Pump Cavitation Noise. I found this on online forms and You Tube ,(with replacement instructions), as a common issue with allot of Car Company's the Newer Car power Steering System not just Chrysler..
