Slight work to install.
This is a really solid, attractive hitch. It sits just below the bumper, and is visible. It's a great fit, with relatively easy installation. I've installed others which were easier, but this one only took about 40 minutes. It involves drilling two 1/2" holes and expanding two existing holes. Easy work if you have a drill and quality bit. You also need to modify two muffler shields, a five minute task with aviation snips. At completion, I'm completely confident it can handle any load the vehicle can handle.

Great hitch!
Excellent quality and price. The hitch was advertised to not include the installation hardware......thus the price was about half the price of similar hitches on Ebay. Upon inspection I found the hardware was taped up in the receiver opening......

Easy to install
I found the trailer hitch to be easy to install after watching the installation videos. All the installation hardware is included and I only needed help holding it up to get the first bolts started.
