Wrong application
The Circuit and Pins location was 180 degrees of difference for the passenger seat of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 L. Could not fit in the housing control of the seat. The product was physically good but can not be used with a 2001 Cherokee Laredo passenger seat. If the switch was rotated 180 degrees, then the control could not be pushed to seal in place. Save LOADS with this quick & EASY repair!
Accidentally ordered the wrong side, but usaswitchcity was great to work with, sent me the driver's side, and it works fabulously! Took out three screws, popped out old switch, snapped in new, screwed it back in and ta-da! It works great! In less than 15 minutes too! Interchangeable power seat switch
This is a switch for the passenger power seat. Since the passenger seat is adjusted far less often than the driver side, the switch has less cycle time, and serves as a good donor for replacing the driver side switch. Left side and right side switches have different housings, so a bit of modifying is necessary to swap them. By carefully releasing the tabs on the housing, the switch guts can be extracted and installed into the "opposite side" housing. Works like a charm.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
