Easy to setup
Product is very easy to set up. I had it configured within 5 min. However, there is an option to have 5Ghz brand which I have to manually login to the extender to get it configure but it's very straight forward!! In terms of connectivity, I'm expecting to boot up the distance and range but doesn't seem like it's doing that. I had tried to place in the center of the house, when get on to second floor, the signal dropped significantly, perhaps I might need one extender per floor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

easy to install
I'm sorry I had to send it back., My wi-fi was going out for about 6 weeks, comcast recommended I get a extender. Well you might know right after I received it, my wi-fi stopped dropping. Still don't know what the cause is, but several neighbors were having the same problem. Using it right now
I wished I had bought this sooner. Thank you for the refurb price. It’s a great item and it works solidly for us. I’m at all three bars in my garage, where before it would switch to LTE on us it stays between 2/3 bars. So it’s saving our data in this family plan for when we are away from home. If you have an issue with WiFi range at home it’s just a must have item. The mark on the devise is actually a bubble in the protective plastic. It came with the original plastic still on it.

hard to configure
It has issue keeping the same network id name. The extender network need to use a different name. It also does not like to use 20mhz & 40mhz on 2.4ghz. If the 2.4 ghz use 40mhz then it will get better speed than the 20mhz & 40mhz setting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
