Not the same as Fram PH10575!!
Installed this filter, felt like it was tight. Was leaking enough to leave a small puddle, rechecked it was on tight. Removed and went a bought another FRAM, like I should have, and in the picture you can see that the center is bottoming out on the threads before the seal can fully contact the filter housing. It is not the same as the FRAM PH10575!! Luckily I did not drive far enough to leak enough oil to cause any damage.
