The only way to go
I have used cheap filters in the past, had some failures. After finding Wix uses higher quality materials in their filter, I switched. Now I don't have 'dry starts' because the drainback valve has not performed, or bled oil off the system while shut down. Filters are great, I even use Wix on my mower engine. Love the little guys. They're so cute. I'm sure when I get around to using them, I'll love them even more. Seriously, I studied them and their competition a lot before I bought them. That's what I do. They were my choice. I don't anticipate being disappointed, so, on that basis I gave them a high rating. If my motor blows up, I will never know what caused it.
