Not just for cooking Crepes and Pancakes.
This is one of the best kitchen items I have ever purchased. It cooks a beautiful steak, perfect eggs, lovely chops and great crapes. Every cook should have one of these pans. It’s so easy to clean.

Every Kitchen Should Have One
Extremely happy with this skillet. The size is perfect and the weight very easy on my arthritic wrists. Crepes are cooked in no time at all and slide off the surface like magic, both with and without a lick of butter or oil, which is important, as some recipes turn out best with a buttered surface. A quick wipe with a damp cloth and it's clean. It is without a doubt, the best of its type that I have owned over my many years of cooking. The only thing that remains to be seen, is just how long the pyrostone will last, however, the quality indicates that with the correct treatment, i.e. never using metal utensils, this skillet will honor its promised lifespan.
