Great for the OEM included car chargers
The hilarious thing is, the Instruction manual, which nobody reads, says "Do Not Charge Battery In Vehicle"...... yet they hand you a 12v DC CAR CHARGER..... This plugs into your wall, then you plug your car charger into it, and a dead battery is charged in good time, it's not a rapid charger, but for the money vs a rapid charger, and considering I have a stock truck, it needs time for the motor to cool between runs anyway. For the amount paid, you can't really complain
Let me start by saying, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SELLER! Fast shipping and excellent service for the actual product itself. However, TRAXXAS, you guys should really be ashmed of yourselves. I shouldn't even have to buy a charger after I have already purchased a $200 car. But I had to because only a CAR charger comes in the box. Once I read the instructions and reazlized ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PLUGGED IN THE CAR CHARGER because the fuses blow quick, I had to go online and find something quick for a very impatient, very to drive NOW, child. I found this one and got it because the next one up was a little more expensive, but this one works when it feels like it. Sometimes you have to almost jam it in to even get the light to even come on. Gets the job done, but I should've just went with my first mind and purchased the more expensive one! These are good power supplies. The cords are nice and short because the cord on the 12 volt charger is pretty long. The box is big enough to keep the power supply and charger in one place. These chargers I think could be sold cheaper but they might have better components in them compared to others that'll do the same thing. Who knows. Much needed for the electric rc
This thing is awesome. It makes charging my traxxas so much easier. I mostly use my rc truck at home and I hated having to charge it in my vehicle but with this adapter I dont have to do that anymore. I can play with my rc truck more now because of this too. First time owning a Traxxas RC truck so I didn't know I needed this adapter until after I got the truck unboxed. So after ordering it on ebay, it arrived roughly a week later and I'm very happy with it. Plug it in and it charges as it should, fairly quickly as well!
