I have to say that I was expecting a little more from this cookbook, but overall I'd say its very useful for creating tasty, vegan meals. There's an array of recipes that are all low in fat and healthy. I really like how the author adds variations and suggestions on the side of each recipe, making for lots of options and ideas for the reader. A food processor is called for with a good amount of the recipes, so keep that in mind if you don't have one. So far the things I've made from this book have turned out to be successful. I recommend this for anyone looking to learn more about vegan cooking.
i recently became vegan and the cookbook has some great receipes, can't wait to try them. in excellent condition also.
