Non-functioning, Large, Useless.
Product did not arrive in functional condition. After reviewing all troubleshooting steps in the owners manual, the unit would not cool. The unit was left to run over 60 minutes (vs. 3-5 recommended in the instructions for a rotary compressor) but would not cool the room. The room was shaded, and in dry (in terms of relative humidity) conditions, but actually increased room temperature due to reduced air circulation. At $613 for total purchase price, I cannot recommend an air conditioner that only acts as a fan/dehumidifier. Additionally, the advantage of a dual hose system could not be recognized without placing it directly in front of the exhausted window. When attempting an offset to optimize the space in the room, it caused the tubes to look unsightly and wrap around each other.
