I gave it 4 stars because the instructions were not more detailed, the racers were set in from the top, and this tool could not get a good bite on the racer. I had to use pry bars to move the racer to the top of the neck, then this tool worked great in removing, and installing them. what helps is put the racers overnight in the freezer this will shrink and help with installation...
