This is a MUCH better blow off valve than the OEM part which almost entirely made of plastic. Mine was already starting to leak boost significantly before my truck even hit 60k from brand new. The GFB BOV made a very noticeable all-around improvement. While I have heard the over time they may get sticky, I don’t have a problem with take the BOV of every 50k miles or so to clean a reapply oil to the contact surface. At least the components are metal and can be readily cleaned and oiled, contrary to if they were plastic.
