Purchased this cookbook with the idea of preparing and serving healthier meals. It might be a little early to provide a solid review as the only item prepared so far was the Mediterranean Banana Bread. It was well received by the folks it was made for as they loved how moist it was. Utilizing the olive oil and baking at lower temperature (325 F vs. 350+) had a positive effect as well! Am planning on making Main Meals and salads in the future and also the Biscotti!
