If you already have several of her DVDs, you may not need this: it's not new material. According to the writing on the back of the case, it contains segments from the following six (6) previously released dvds: Daily Energy, Yoga Trance Dance, Surf Yoga Soul, Fluid Power, Yogini, and Creative Core+Lower Body. However, if you don't have any of her dvds, this could be a good way to get to know her material, and it does contain 185 minutes of content.
