I put them on my 1997 cr-v work car
I have a 50 mile round trip commute in NE South Dakota on mostly gravel roads that are poorly plowed in the winter. These tires have great snow traction and also work good in mud. A nice compliment to the all wheel drive. Update- They are worn out now . These tires continued to work well in the snow and mud right down to the steel belts starting to show. I have these tires on a 96 Ford Taurus, without any ABS, Traction control, or electronic helpers. I have not been stuck once in the snow, even when it's over a foot deep!! These tires do not have the studs in them ( for ice grip ) but you can have them put in, as the tires are already set up for them.
