Synergy did their homework on this one. I read reviews saying some noticed a difference and some didn't. I had a little play in the steering wheel and it went away with this product. I guess my steering box was moving a little. It bolted right up with no problems. My only complaint would be the shipping. It sounded like a box of marbles when I got it. The parts were all loose knocking in to each other during shipping. A few Knicks and marks but nothing worth sending it back.
I have a 2020 Gladiator, 3" lift, 35" tires on 20" rims. With these things done, the steering bacame very loose and there seemed to be a lot of play in the steering wheel. It was difficult to handle road contour changes safely as the truck would jump one way or the other. Thinking I needed a bigger steering stabilizer shock, a quick internet search and I found this part. Designed to limit unwanted movement of the steering box and traction bar at the frame.
Installation took me about 2.5 hours. The part is an EXACT FIT and requires a spud wrench to get it in to position properly. Other than that, the installation went exactly according to the instructions.
The brace completely resloved the problem. I could not be happier. The truck tracks well and there is no more wandering from side to side while driving. I definitely recommend this product for anyone running oversized tires on their JL or JT Jeep.
Another great product from Synergy definitely tightness up steering feel on Jeep Gladiator . Installation went well and directions were very good .Highly recommend
