I like this phone because it really stops the spam calls. We were getting so many and since they call using different numbers, blocking wasn't doing much good. So we got this phone and we almost never get a call. We set it up for screening and at the end of the day, after we have gotten no calls, the caller ID will say 10 or 20 missed calls. So we know it's working. The sound is good and we haven't had any problems with it. We have only had it a couple weeks but so far it's excellent.

This phone was supposed to be new just in open box, well it was used since it had someones greeting on the answering machine part. Also the range of the phone being wireless is very spotty, can't get very far from the main base. I wish I could return it.
