Easy to use and works great!
I love this cleaner! I have three large dogs and it is a challenge to keep up with cleaning the floors and carpet, but this was so easy! It was easy to go from carpet to tile floor and picked up all the dirt and debris and cleaned very well. The vacuum has a squeegee on the front that practically dried the tile as you pull the cleaner back and left so little water on the carpet that it dried in just a few minutes, so much better than the larger carpet cleaners. It is super easy to empty dirty water and refill the tank, which although small, went way further for cleaning that I expected. I was amazed at the amount of dirt it pulled up into the dirty water tank that was easy to clean. Everything pulls apart super easy and snaps right back in to place. It makes regular deep cleaning a breeze and best part, my back was killing me when I was done! Save time, save your back and clean quicker with this machine. Pretty decent
The product arrived as promised, looks great and is pretty easy to use. However, the mop feature leaves a dirty pool of water when you stop so more cleaning is necessary to get rid of that. It is easy to empty, just nasty. My recommendation is to do all the vacuuming first, empty the machine, and then do your mopping. love this all in one
This machine makes having hardwood (laminate) so easy! It doesn't do a good job on the edges but I wouldn't expect it to. The floors get vacuumed as well as mopped at the same time. It does a great job with very little effort on the users part. Other people have said its not a machine you would use daily however, I find that if you have pets or kids and the floors are dirty daily, it's easier to use this machine than it would be to use both a vacuum and a mop. The Bissell Crosswave is a life saver! I have 3 animals who shed. This product vaccumes, washes hard wood floors and area rugs. Now I don't have to have multiple devices to clean the floors in my entire house. Very easy to use and clean up of the product is very easy. Great appliance to cut cleaning your hardfloors.
Handy machine to combine two steps to cleaning. It doesn't put down much water so to really get the floor clean I have found that application for my preference requires solution application forward and backwards and then I go over the same spot a couple times to pick up as much as possible. It doesn't seem to be too much solution that way and the floor is getting washed in the entire process. So glad there is no mop rinsing makes the process cleaner and faster. It is a bit of a process to clean after using, parts to take apart and wash. After the first time or two I developed a system and now the cleaning is routine. I did get duplicate parts to change out since the washed parts take some time to dry. The machine is a bit heavy but rolls nicely so not a problem with the rotating wand on the cleaning head.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does what it was made to do and does it effectively. Make sure you clean the water / debris channel located behind the brush roller. If you let pet hair accumulate and dry, it clogs the channel and it will not work well at all. This unit is corded. Seems like a good product

Pros and cons
I wish the cleaning surface was larger and the cleaning bar more aggressive in removing spots. I have to carry a paper towel with me to remove the more difficult spots. It works best for lightly soiled, smaller areas. I'm using it for our entire house less 2 bedrooms. We have a multiple pet (7) dog and cat household. That being said, it does a decent job cleaning, and does makes it easier because no vacuuming is required. Crosswave the BEST of all floor cleaners
This is the best floor cleaner I have ever used. I had been using a Hoover FloorMate and now I cant imagine how I did without a Crosswave for all this time. To know that it doesn't leave your floors soaking wet and the tangle free roller is awesome. I reccomend this to everyone especially pet owners.
