Well made with good appearing workmanship.
Bought this water heater to replace a GC10A-3E . It was an exact fit in an older RV. The only difference was the requirement to add a second switch to provide 12V to the relay that controls the 120V circuit. That is not a fault of the water heater but of the older RV.
