Power, Lightweight, Easy Handling
Great on carpet & floors. Doing well getting up dog hair. Lightweight, maneuvers effortlessly. Liftaway is nice, removes & snaps in easily. A bit awkward for tight, high spaces. But I am still getting familiarized & developing a handling tecnique. Electrical cord is a good length. The only immediate "Con" I have is, it only accommodates 1 on-board tool. Full of drywall dust
When received unit was clogged with drywall dust. Unit was covered in dust, the filters were both clogged up and had to be cleaned and blown out. The motor was full of dust. Entire unit had to be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. There is no excuse for using a home vacuum on drywall dust, that’s what shop vacs are for. No hair wrapped around roller-brush.
The Zero-M feature works great. I no longer have to cut the hair wrapped around the roller-brush like I did on other brands including Dyson. The Shark ZU561 is a fantastic product. I really enjoy the ability to increase and decrease suction, which makes a difference in vacuuming rugs and floors vs carpets. It's really easy to assemble and to disassemble. The extended hose works wonders when trying to clean dust on the ceiling that comes from the air ducts.
