NOW Potassium Citrate with NO added ingredients WORKS for helping prevent kidney stones.
Potassium Citrate was prescribed to me to help prevent further kidney stones. I had many large & small ones. Since their removal I have been taking Potassium Citrate since mid 2020. The reason I chose NOW brand Potassium Citrate is because where it says on the label: 'Other ingredients" the answer is NONE. If you do the research you'll see that most brands throw in all different "other" ingredients and many are not very good for you. Since I've been using NOW Potassium Citrate for well over a year I have only grown two small kidney stones. That it amazing because I was mass producing them before starting this supplement.
