I am a long time user of FF oils
I have not had a major illness in many years using this oil. I had the beginnings of a sinus problem with pain and congestion. Inhaling Protect several times daily, along with camphor and eucalyptus, it only lasted four days. This does not take the place of a physician but can be helpful in minimizing colds and flu.
