    Problem solved!

    These part worked for me when i originally bought it a couple of years ago (pack of 2) now I had the same problem with a slightly different brother printer and I rememberd I had a spare, it worked perfectly for this one too, Im very happy with the supplier and the quality of the parts, the fix is easy and fast, but do be carefull not to break anything else when you are doing it.

    A small part, medium effort to replace, great results!

    I love my BROTHER MFC-7860 DW. So when it would not feed paper, I dreaded the propect of replacing it. It took about 30 minutes to replace the Feed Cam Lever. Don't be intimimated, take your time, watch two or three videoes and power through it. It is well worth the effort.

    Small part saves a lot of money

    Once we figured out how to install the feeder cam level, we were thrilled to see the printer start printing again. An inexpensive small part installed saved us money for a new printer and saved the landfill from another electronic machine. We had to stop and start the You Tube video many times to check and see we were installing it correctly. One must just google the error message on their printer and check some You Tube videos for installation instructions. Thank you.

    A cheap, easy fix for a good printer.

    So far, so good. Just installed it. Fits as it should and install fairly easily. It's a fragile part. The OEM part lasted 8 years. Too early to tell how long this one will last.

    This piece saved my printer.

    I almost threw out a perfectly good printer, a brother 7860DW. Thank the Lord I found out that my printer would not grab paper from the tray only because this small plastic piece was broken. I replaced this part and the printer works great!

    Exactly what I needed
