Worked for my 1990 miata

Necessary but I’d buy a different brand if I were doing it over
I ordered this because the Metra brand harness adapter that I bought locally was missing the two pins needed to connect to the factory steering wheel controls in my 06 Mazda. The usual Fox is to buy two harnesses, and “steal” two of the smaller sized pins to put in the other, and this American International brand harness was less expensive than getting another Metra. Unfortunately this piece is cheaply made in China, and I had to pull four of the small pins to get two that were usable as the metal was so thin and brittle they just snapped. I pulled one of the pins from the Metra piece, and though it too was from China, it’s metal was malleable and I could bend the metal pin clips just fine without it snapping off.
