Needs a mod to work well.
Out of the box the mics squealed and interacted. I found the output board in the receiver had the outputs (tips) cross connected to the other sleeve. I cut the traces to the sleeves and now use a TS plug. Output went up .5V and no interaction. Good 175' range inside a concrete building. Wireless microphone system
When I ordered the microphones I expected some cheap system to play with, but since the price I paid wasn't much, I didn't mind. The surprise came when I plugged them in the amplifier, they have a nice tone and there was no feedback. Got these today and used them to DJ a elementary school dance. They sound great and the receiver picked them up all over the gymnasium. No feedback or humming through the speakers. The system is light weight and the range from the mics are great . But I would like to see is instead of the double A batteries to go to 9 volt system instead . Pretty good wireless system ... for the money.
Real easy to hookup to mixer and adjust gain, eq, and levels. Was nice not having cables strung across the path where walking. Sound quality is good. The only thing you might not do is really tighten the battery covers, they are light plastic and might crack. Mics are not real heavy, even with batteries in them. Pleased with purchase.
