No more Batteries!
Have been using digital metric/english calipers for years and was tired of the flashing display when batteries were low, No more! When these calipers come out of the tool box I know they are going to work! English and metric reading at a glance thats great! With the extra discount off when you buy a second pair, I got one for at home too! Very good quality for not a lot of money. A disappointing unfinished product
Quality is an issue. (I suspect it might be, given the price.). The indicator hands were not regulated. With the jaws closed, the dial read a bit more than .001" and 0mm. I contacted the seller and got instructions for removing the crystal (?) and removing, regulating, and installing the hands -- using screwdrivers! I've seen the tools watchmakers use to remove and install hands and can't imagine doint it with screwdrivers. I'm curious to see how it turns out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

High quality, accurate and useful metric/SAE calipers.
I dropped my wonderful Heilos calipers damaging them, and my trusty inexpensive Chinese calipers have been appropriated within the shop, so I picked up one of these Anytime's for everyday knock around use that I'm not comfortable subjecting my vintage Starrett and Swiss made Brown and Sharpe calipers to. Forget the price, I'm impressed with these calipers for their function, pretty darn smooth, they agree exactly with my high end calipers, and they measure both metric as well as SAE.
