This is a great, solid unit. Well built, easy to clean. Heats up quick, tank of water lasted over five hours and we steamed over 200 dogs....along with buns...everyday for three days. Use filtered water and unit stays clean, shiny and ready for use quickly. In fact, I like this thing so much we're thinking of another for the office so we can have dogs quicker....
