I didn't always like Chris, but the more workouts I tried from her, the more I appreciated how well she cues and how much she knows about fitness. This DVD is not the most advanced workout, however, you can modify it by adding more jumps and heavier weights. The first segment combines cardio with weights at the same time (so, not alternating). The second is a cardio interval workout. Additionally, there is a 10 minute yoga/stretch segment. Because it is chaptered, you can easily add any of them onto other workouts. Time goes by quickly and there is no dread factor.
I bought the book and the 2 DVDs. As a package they are great. The 2 week turn around is a great way to get back into exercise. Easy to follow and still challenging enough t most people could keep using the DVDs and book far longer than two weekshat
