Second chance and still not overly Impressed.
I bought a Caviar Green back in 2009 (500GB, 7200RPM, SATA) and its speeds never amazed me. I bought these drives for the cheap $/GB but I'm not totally sold. The drives are slower than other Western Digital Drives (Such as Caviar Blue) and they tend to make more noise. They seem to have fast enough read/write speeds for the media computers that I currently use them on but I would not recommend these drives for a power user or for copying large files back and forth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
