Gabriel coil over shocks
These are great shocks ! I'm hard on my vehicles and always blow front shocks off road'n. I put a pair of these on my '92 Nissan d21 and it made a night and day difference in how the truck handles rough roads. I had to mill down the bottom mounts with a bench grinder as they were too wide for my application. I would highly recommend these shocks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I just put them on about 2 weeks and I saw a big difference on how the truck rides. When I got the shocks I did not know what I was getting into and I read some of the reviews that are posted so I went with it. I have not installed them yet. The retainer for the spring is made of plastic. So if that plastic brakes I will be fucked. Besides that I have not put them on yet will give a other review ones I install them.

Good shocks
Good shocks. Certainly better than monroe. The springs do add some strength but not a real lot. Just a few hundred pound at the most. Less than five but work well to stabilize the load. I installed them on a homemade utility trailer with coil springs. Can carry a few hundred pounds more. Well worth the price. And can't leak like airbags or air shocks.
