Good fit for 69 Mk3 Spitfire
Fits a 69 Mk3 Triumph Spitfire. Only little issue is that they don't come with the necessary copper washer so get some ahead of time or plan to re-anneal your old one. Protective spring is not as heavy duty as OEM but adequate.
