i replaced my original 09 camry tensioner after 200K miles. it fitted but had to replace the serpentine belt afterwards because when i started it, it squeaked pretty loud. once i put the new belt on the tensioner it was just fine. The nut for the OE barring of the tensioner was like a star shaped bolt. i tried to remove it but i didnt have the right tool for it. Thats why I just replaced the whole tensioner.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
